If the movie is stopping halfway through and then not loading anymore, download the latest Flash player. If you find that it's stopping and starting frequently, it may just be that it hasn't fully loaded yet. Try pressing pause for about half a minute (more or less depending on your internet speed). This should help the videos load fully.
